Discounts of $40 per individual for registrations prior to October 27 are not reflected in the Admission prices above and will be deducted at checkout.

Refunds & Cancellations

• SUBSTITUTIONS are accepted at any time and do not qualify as cancellations.
• CANCELLATIONS through 5 pm October 26 will receive a full refund minus a $35 processing fee.
• CANCELLATIONS October 27 or later will not receive any refund, period.
• NO-SHOWS will not receive any refund and will be invoiced for any outstanding fees.
• LODGING changes/cancellations are the responsibility of the participant. Contact Cragun’s Resort directly at 1-(800)-CRAGUNS.
