MREA Event Registration

Team Registration Discounts -- 3 or More People

The Team registration price is per person for teams of 3 or more people. The following team member discounts are not reflected in the Admission price above and will be deducted at checkout:

• Early Bird Discount of $105 per individual for registrations prior to August 11 
• Standard Discount of $40 per individual for registrations August 11 through October 26

Refunds & Cancellations

• SUBSTITUTIONS are accepted at any time and do not qualify as cancellations.
• EARLY BIRD REGISTRATIONS (registrations through August 10) are NOT refundable for any reason. Teams must register and send at least 3 individuals or they will be charged the Individual admission price.
• CANCELLATIONS through 5 pm October 26 will receive a full refund minus a $35 processing fee.
• CANCELLATIONS October 27 or later will not receive any refund, period.
• NO-SHOWS will not receive any refund and will be invoiced for any outstanding fees.
• LODGING changes/cancellations are the responsibility of the participant. Contact Cragun’s Resort directly at 1-(800)-CRAGUNS.
