Refunds & Cancellations

• EARLY BIRD REGISTRATIONS (through October 5) are NOT refundable for any reason.
• CANCELLATIONS through November 1 will receive a full refund minus a $35 processing fee.
• CANCELLATIONS November 2 or later will not receive any refund, period.
• NO-SHOWS will not receive any refund and will be invoiced for any outstanding fees.
